Getting near retirement age, K.V. begins a search for the ideal home. The journey will be hard.   She is no longer young and is fighting extreme poverty.  But the first step to solving a problem is dialogue.  And so K.V. starts to film the city in her quest to find physical and financial security.  This films focuses on the Quartier des Spectacles.  It is a vibrant, bustling part of the city.  And there is a very large low income housing project right near it.
