I hope you are enjoying the last day of the week. Friday is a great time to tie up all the lose ends so that you can enjoy your weekend guilt free.
About the podcast:
Steve Strauss conducts two interviews.
First part a young lady invents a footless pantyhose. She says she owes her business success to a self help business tape her father gave her when he left her home and divorced her mother. So there's hope for me yet. i will continue to Keep listening to podcasts and the like.
And in the second part Steve interviews the innovative social media expert, Mari Smith. Forbes Top Social Media Power Influencers lists her as one of the best out there. She is also a Facebook Marketing Expert and author of The New Relationship Marketing.

What hits a positive note with me is:
1. if you are not responding and interacting you are stuck in the usual one way advertising
.(In my position I need to get the followers first). I listened to a tape by a gentleman named Alex Pirouz ( I will critique his tape shortly) but he says we are talking about a couple of thousand followers before you do anything, Great. for me we are talking how many years
2. make it really clear what you want
Put out a lot of offers so that people know that you want them to do business with you.
I like that.
This school of thought is saying that you have to really get that message out. Nathalie Macneil stated that an ad has to be repeated at least eight times before someone thinks of buying.
So translate. Go ahead and charmingly repeat yourself. And offer deals and really neat reasons why you should buy my product.
Finally Conversion:You have to watch the ROI: (return on investment).
If you are not making sales or getting a lot of clicks then you are doing something wrong.
You are not doing a documentary or just telling a story.
You are doing something so that someone will do something back.
these are good things to think about as I go on my path to make my first million dollars and then some.
