Friday Subject: Industry Experts or News
(Friday blog posts are dedicated to finding a larger studio space, an interior designer to plan it and the furniture to fill it. I am looking for sponsors. I have advertising space to trade for stuff.
Good day to you dear Friends,
Closer and closer Christmas day comes. And right afterwards looms something very attractive for wise shoppers: Boxing Day. Its a time to spend money but also to carefully count your savings to see what deals you can best take advantage of for this special time.
What are you going to buy this boxing Day? Myself, I am looking for a good solid sweater with nice colors. I am wearing a lovely lavender fleecy jacket but it is a trifle snug and a tad unflattering. (too much good food you know). And also some good tights. And finally its time to look into a new computer. That is going to be a tough one.
All this money talk makes one interested in a little sage advice and the web has many experts to listen to. Just yesterday I listened to three podcasts:
1WSJ.com
2. A New Business Podcast by Chris Ducker
www.chrisducker.com
3.
theselfemployed.com
(podcast by Steve Strauss)
Here are my notes in a nutshell:

And you can go to the podcasts at the following links
At www.chrisducker.com I listened to
NBP074 – Be the Best Version of the REAL You, with Jeff Goins
(Today’s show ......is..for any of us who have ever struggled to find our calling and express who we really are in the marketplace, in our businesses and in our lives.)
I also listened to
http://theselfemployed.com/featured/podcast-john-ratzenberger/
This is what they have to say about the interview:
On this week’s Small Business with Steve Strauss powered by Greatland podcast Steve interviews a legend! You may know him as Cliff from Cheers or from his appearances in every Pixar movie, but John Ratzenberger is also a tremendous advocate of Small Businesses.
John has teamed up with the Made In America Store to help promote the importance of buying American-made products.
finally I listened to:
WSJ.com (that's from the Wall Street Journal)
I couldn't access the podcast on the web but I did find it at the ITunes store.... free.
Well that is all for now. I hope you enjoyed it and mostly benefited from it. I will be ready to cash in my million soon after listening to that wise advice (Well maybe next year).
How is your work on your first million dollars going? write me with news at www.Facebook.com/TheartFabiancompany
